Two big reasons that get between regular people and a yoga practice are fear and cost. We try to eliminate those two obstacles by offering free and cheap yoga classes at recreation centers around town and by promoting the good deals offered by yoga studios. DCY classes are held in regular classrooms and instructed by top-notch certified teachers, so you get the experience without the expense.
